Been round Blencathra today - very little ice just nice grippy compacted snow but some drifts that needed walking.
Nice run up from Blencathra Centre to Burnt House

Bit deeper in the drifts towards Mosedale

Unridable past Skiddaw house so turned back down to Latrigg and the Railway back to Threlkeld.

excellent pics in the snow... i walked up there in august...and did the scrambling via sharp edge...on me own....(very brave)lol
must have been freezing lol
