ive just got my self a 2011 cube ltd team,

love the bike but find that its a bit low at the front,

my question is what would be the best way to rase it

Flip the Stem and add spacers if the fork steerer is long enough.

What MM said, and look at the position of the bars, if they are risers can you rotate them for more height

Flipping the stem would give it a negative rise, ergo, lower so I wouldn't do that. Spec sheets for the bike says low rise Easton bars, so you could swap those for high rise versions and that will add about an inch.

High rise bars+1, merlin have some good deals at the moment. I think a braced DJ bar (DMR wingbar?) has a fair bit of rise, depends on aesthetics too!

If you've just got it, maybe give it a bit more time to get used to it. You might find its better for you once you've settled in to it a bit more. Cheaper too.
