A mate has just bought an Aeris with a CCDB CS (medium, 80kg, paired with Pikes) and is after a base setting to start from, any suggestions?

Gimme a call tomorrow morning at bird HQ (0118 996 0382). I have a suitable tune written on the wall next to my desk! Just cant remember off the top of my head what it is.
