Off to Cornwall soon (staying in Polzeath) and looking to get out on the bike. Apart from the obvious trail at Cardinham other trails seem to come up at Grogley, Hustyns and Bishops Woods. Can't find much else on line - are there any pointers on how to find the trails? I think there was an Enduro race a few years back - is there a link to a route map etc?

IME (going back 15 years or so) you'll need local knowledge to find cheeky trails as Bridle Ways are few and far between.

grogley is pretty straightforward. one fireroad up, multiple lines down.

Only been to hustyns/bishops on that race but it seemed worth it.

I've stayed a few times in Polzeath - early morning(as its cheeky) out on the coastal path is a good workout, a few steps to carry up, but fun!
