I missed the dragoon though - and you're right about navigating from Findhorn to Roseisle. Having been through that way before I opted for a wee bit of road this time 😉

Nice write-up!
I think the tribulations with the paths was more on the E side of the R Findhorn where they go through Altyre estate / woods.. But agreed, Findhorn village to Roseisle / Burghead is a warren, you need a local guide 🙂
