Anyone know any good bike shipping companies? they all seem so expensive? only want to ship UK to UK...

I use a local courier/shipping company, who in turn have a TNT account. Shipping a frame is approximately £15.

And for shipping to USA?

Take it (boxed) to a LBS.They will have an account with a courier.As long as they are'nt complete douchebags and try to fleece you, it should be £30-40ish.

I ended up using parcelforce via parcel2go. Got a lot of recommendations for cheaper couriers from here like Paisley etc but they mostly turned out to be cheap because they didn't have enough insurance.
