anyone know anywhere in the Bournemouth area thats able to strip and re-spray a bike and do a decent job? I appreciate the many comments here regarding e.g. turning up to a car garage at lunchtime with jaffa cakes, but can anyone advise of anywhere near to bournemouth they have actually had a bike done - whether for biscuits or cash!

Yep - thomthumb beat me to it - £45 for stripped and sprayed frame and forks - really good job including masking threads ~ they are used to doing motorbike parts, but did a mates frame too.
