I have a friend who is interested in getting into biking, but has had knee problems in the past, so wants to try riding somewhere first to see how his knee is before comitting to buying a bike.
Anywhere near Leeds that hires bikes, has good gentle riding near by (thinking 10 mile route)?

well i'm in rothwell, i'm happy 2 come for a little ride round the country park, canal for an hour ish and lend ur mate my 19' ht. after work on a weekday! I'm not free til the 9-10th on a weekend tho!
