For towball mounted bike carriers, I dont like clamps that hold the bike frame, preferring something with a strap that wraps the frame like those that Atera use, but most come with clamps
So has anyone fitted Fiamma bike blocks, to replace clamps? or any have any other aftermarket solution?

If you have fitted them, do they work well? Any limitations you've found?

We have these on Campervan wall mounted rack. No reason wouldn’t work IMO other than diameter of clamp to rack. there’s also an adjustable length/angle clamp fiamma do which is great for 3 or 4 bike setups saves faff.
