I always like to sing someones praises when they do something more than the usual. In this case its for Triton Cycles, ordered a bike which came last week however whilst the box said large and the manufacturer slip inside said large the frame was in fact a medium, looks like either the importer or manufacturer cocked things up as the box looked to be unopened by the shop.
Anyhows gave them a call and they shipped out another straight away and the courier just picked up the original at the same time with no hassles at all in the entire process.
Sometimes its not how well you do all the time but how well you do when there is a problem and you go about rectifying it.
Glad they came through for you.
My own experience is different. Lies, incompetence, and finally 1 month to process a refund when the bike in question had likely never left their premises.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had in 15 years of Internet shopping. Perhaps I was unlucky.
