In this world of increasingly sh!tty customer services here's some good news.
I won't bore you with the details suffice to say I've just received some outstanding customer service from Chain Reaction Cycles.
They went out of their way to assist and this is my small way of repaying their generosity.
Hopefully my positive experience will encourage more folk to use CRC.

I've had a couple of problems with CRC orders & they have always solved the issues quickly with good communication.
The only thing that I found silly was a Cateye bracket coming in a box that would'nt go through the letterbox instead of them putting it in a Jiffy bag 😆
I had a 15t SS sprocket in a huge box. But then cardboard is easily recyclable compared to a jiffy bag.
I too have had good experiences with CRC when I've had issues and / or returned goods.
My recent experiences are that they are too inconsistant to be thought of as reliable anymore 🙁
