There has been a lot of chat about the good's the bad's and the could do better for next years events, but I have yet to see any comments on the massage team that worked tirelesly throughout the whole weekend (that includes the night) to keep muscles working.
I visited the tent 3 times over the course of the weekend recieved first class attention each time. I woke up just before my 3.30am lap with violent cramp in my left calf and thigh. After a visit to the massage tent my legs felt amazing and I never had a twinge after that for the rest of the race.
They gave up there time for free and hopefully recieved donations from each client to cover there time and costs.
A very big thankyou from me for the treatment you gave me.

second that, they were awesome.
Was slightly dismayed to see people dropping coins in the pot. A decent massage would normally cost you at least £30 - surely at least a fiver is not out of the question?
Sam I am happy to say that I put notes in for all three of my massages. I wonder how many people at OSMM can credit finishing to the services recieved from the massage team? They definately helped me to keep going. My legs are feeling fine today, although I am not going to sit on a saddle yet, which is quite tempting as the sun is out this evening and my local trails are bone dry!!!

"Massage Mayhem" was a side line event to Mountain Mayhem but hopefully enjoyed by all 😀
