I had a Rubber Queen that warped. Not great news in itself but I'm really happy with how Cambrian handled this.
Contancted them on Monday and today a brand new tyre turned up in the post.
Lots of people use the forum to vent when they're not happy with a company. Feels nice to have a good news story.
