My hands are too big for any grips I've tried and I'm getting sore joints on longer rides ...

I use the Ergon grips on my commuter but offroad I'd prefer something rounder and fatter to hold on to.

If you're fingers aren't too big to type - let me know any suggestions ......

Ergon GA1 for me. No silly platform thing, just big fat grips (plus some specialized BG gel gloves).

I'm using Specialized ENDURO XL's at the moment so anything bigger is good ..

Build up layers of double sided masking tape on your bars, then use white spirit to slide your grips on.

I've heard this a few times but having fitted some ergons to my mtb, I'm rather mystified by the reality of it, given that they don't feel any different to round grips other than I no longer get numb hands. Have you actually tried them off road?

Yes and numb hands not an issue as palms like a sofa ... ๐Ÿ˜†

Its the circumference of the grip thats too small.

It aches after a while so can't be doing my joints any long term goodness.
