[Closed] Best Wheelbuilder for Carbon Rims? Lincolnshire/Sheffield

got an Enve rim i need building, who is the best for this, either in the Lincolnshire or Sheffield area

already have rim, spokes, hub as its a wheel i dissembled that i need rebuilding

JRA said they will not build using my own parts

jra are odd like that, they wouldn't even true my wheels as I didn't buy them there.

try the bike tree in Dore, they seem to be good at everything else.

i've never been in but they seem to do custom road bikes, and I think they'd be able to do a solid build. dunno how they'd feel about a mtb wheel though?

(south sheffield, just off eccleshall road)

I'll build it for you. Give us a bell at 18 Bikes and we can sort you out. I used to build them for JRA so it'll be a good wheel

me and my friend run a small wheel building company and we'd be happy to help,he specialises in carbon work and would be able to do this no worries...we're baised in derby and the peaks

RaceScene in Barnsley built me some wheels 2 years ago; still as true as the day I bought them despite Yorkshire roads, 12000 miles and a season of cross

Out of interest do you need particular experience to build a carbon rimmed wheel, i.e. is there anything you do differently?
