Haven't done it before so who should I use to post my rear wheel? How much can I expect to pay for a reliable service?

And what's the best way to package it?

parcel2go works for me, quote online, I've just used cardboard folded over and taped up, reinforced at the axle.

£7 - £10 lots of cardboard around the wheel and extra where axle ends are.
