Hi

I have a few coils to try and need to select the right one. I know in theory the best one but need advise to make the correct choice. Haven't even read the manual yet, but wondered of there's any gems and proesumabely there's some overlap gained by adjusting the spring tension.

Any adivce welcome. I know sag is an important factor ,as is completed loaded up rider weight but is that it?

Set it up on the sag of the bike with you in your riding gear, spring calculators will give you guide lines, however depending on how the bike is setup this will affect the weight didtribution for and aft and concequently the sag of the rear shock.

Have a look at my setup guide for more details any issues feel free to drop me a mail.
