Has to hold emergency tool, couple of spare links, levers, tube, Co2 can. Etc

I guess Rapha do one made from an Ocelot pouch or something, any good ones for normal folk?

And no, I don't want a saddle bag. 1: I use a I beam, and 2: they are ugly
