What is the best summer headband to wear under my helmet to stop seat going in my eyes?

I use a buff. Just use it as a single layer and let the extra material hang out the back of your helmet. This will wick away any sweat.

Halo works for me - www.haloheadband.com - but remember to loosen your helmet a bit when using one - I got crushing headaches until I realised it made the helmet too tight!
