Got myself a BMX to do for a project, it's in good nick but crank bolts/axle nuts/chainring etc need the grime/ corrosion seen to.
Any suggestions on the best solution to get stuff dunked in before I decide on exactly what needs replaced?
While I'm at it, who's got a spare chainring or halflink chain for cheaps?

Get a Bell chain from Asda for £4
Wd40 is good for cleaning rust off.

Ta much, noted.
I never went to man school... Particularly missed the classes on fettling, rust, tools-for-the-job and bearings.
