We're off on holiday to Fowey soon and a look the OS map shows pretty slim pickings of much in the way of mountain biking. East of Bodmin looks alright and isn't too far away. Anyone know of any gems to search out?

Cheers, I've checked out those 2 sites. Anyone with anything more local to the couth coast? We're staying between Polruan and Polperro. The coastal path looks like it could well be too steep and full of steps to be a good cheeky alternative.
