(and don't mention Alpkit, we've got three fat Airics and after a few hours on them they've lost a lot of air, and yes I've had them all in the bath and there is no sign of any leaks!!!)

Have you tried sending em back to Alpkit? Thought they were meant to have pretty good customer service.
