I need a couple of taps, 5mm and 6mm, although I'd buy a set if they work out cheaper. Where's the best place for such thingies?

Lidl have a set in at the moment for much cheapness.

Screwfix, if there's one near you.
Halfords also do them in sets, but they start quite large as they are meant for automotive, really.
