looking for a new set of E4’s (in good plain old black).

had been hanging on for Merlin points to kick in but they’ve just gone up £10 and end negating any savings... (£149).

anybody recommend a suitable retailer?

I paid £340 for F&R E4s with 180 floating discs and adaptors from uykb couple of days ago. They are 125 each just for the brakes.

Had braided hoses on the old M4 units. Not worth the hassle of cutting tbh

If you're located in Surrey - Freeborn Cycles in Horsham do a good deal on these - got mine there.

Who was that officerfriendly? I work in a shop and to us on staff pricing they're more than that.

Wow, that is surprising. Sorry, wouldn't feel right disclosing that, they might have a go at me!

A Dremel fitted with a cutting disc will go straight through the braided hoses. It even leaves the end nice and round, so you don't even need open the end up, like you would with cutters.

Got them on the cycle to work scheme. Higher tax payer so decent discount.

Paid £125 an end just before Xmas at Winstanley. Orange flavour, though.
