2 of these:
http://www.wilko.com/sweeping-brushing+dusting/wilko-functional-dustpanbrush-set/invt/0189805?VBMST=dustpan%20and%20brush

1 for the just muddy bits and one for the muddy and oily bits.
& one of these:
http://www.wilko.com/scourers-cloths+gloves/wilko-wash-up-brush-white/invt/1174340?VBMST=dish%20brush
to reach the areas where the other brushes can't reach.

You could ignore these tips and buy some 'bike specific' brushes for £15-£20 if you want instead but do you think your bike would be any cleaner?

Mrs hh bought me a Finsh Line brush set for my birthday last year and (after a lifetime of using washing-up brushes and old toothbrushes) they are absolutely brilliant.
