Out grown her ridgeback melody and need to move on from 16" wheels. What's a good bike with out going crazy on the price ?

Got the chance of a second hand trek 20"
My daughter has a cube 240 race and she is 7.5. The seat is at its lowest at the moment but won't be long before it needs to come up a smidge. She loves it!
My mate wants £90 for 3 year old trek MT60 girls bike, new they are £220. Am I getting ripped off?
my daughter has outgrown this, she rarely rode it and really is like brand new, open to an offer too......

both my tall girls went onto 24" wheeled bikes at 7 1/2 to 8.
I went for Spec, but there are several good ones out there.
I would go 24", my almost 8 year old has outgrown her 20" Ridgeback, worth looking at the Carrera Luna, I picked up a mint one for £75.
She will grow out of a 20 inch in no time. Go 24 inch.
My 8 yo went 24 inch from 20 and she loves it
