Managed to bend the front rotor on my hope tech m4 brakes - its one of the floatig rotors. Whats the best way to straighten this? Should I leave it to a pro? Or should I get a new one as I'll never get it exactly straight?

Tweak it with a small adjustable spanner

As uplink said, use an adjustable and bend it the opposite way to the bend in the rotor until it becomes straight.
