We're heading up to Skye at the weekend to bag some big hills, but on the way we thought we'd redo Ben Nevis up to the snow line (if anyone local has an accurate idea of what this is that'd be nice. Nevis range says about 800m but I'm not sure).
We've ridden the main tourist trail which, aside from the motorway section, was brilliant. I was wondering if the Mhuillin trail is comparable in terms of technical riding? Pictures suggest it's not so much technical but flowy.
Are there techy bits on it? Is it worth it, or shall we just stick to the main trail and get our eyes rattled out?
Cheers!
Not much snow where you want to go. Looks mostly patchy at the moment:

Not ridden it only walked it but don't expect the trail from the lochan to be ridable in either direction. I don't remember anything too technical up to the CIC hut.
