Evening all

Currently got an MRP 1X as a guide on my Blood, it along with the chain ring has taken a bit of a beating so going to stick a more substantial effort on.

I've got an e13 LG1 on my DH bike which I thinkperhaps creates a wee bit of drag (not such an issue on that bike) but has been fit and forget. Any other suggestions/experiences?

Thanks

Leave the MRP on and bolt a taco to the iscg mounts?

Thought about that, but a taco would connect to a guide backplate, not the frame mounts direct (I believe). I find thee plate on the MRP a bit flimsy as well, so want to ditch it.

What I like is the varied chain ring sizes.

Straitline silent guide here. Quiet, no real drag, and no moving parts to sieze up. Looks great too 🙂 Silly money new, I got mine SH off here!

If I was buying new I'd probably get one of the new Superstar ones.
