easton ea90s.

how ever they are not rubber , not cheap and dont span the end of the handle bar like the ergos

If you have nerve damage i suggest you try a set of ergon grips with integrated palm pad and bar end , then you can span the end of the bar with your hand and use the palm pad as lower support for your damaged nerves.

Sefas Dual Density is the correct answer.

The carbon ergon mini bar ends are/were nice, but they seem to have changed them now and don't look like they would be so good.

You can get the Serfas delivered from JensonUSA for £18.96...
I have these and have used the CaneCreek jobbies too.
The Serfas are really nice, looks good too ( for bar ends 😉 )

I've got a set of Ergons on my commuter. Don't think they're any lighter. It's really nice riding with your palms on the bars. Don't like the bar ends as much as I did with the Cane Creek Ergos though - the latter are much more comfortable when pulling up a hill imho.
