The course is in Great shape with no standing water on the 8 mile loop and running fast with plenty of grip, intermediate tyres will do.
The weather is looking great for the weekend, no doubt dust in places.

Great course yesterday, and amazing how such little physical climbing per lap (circa 160m) can be so painful! Thanks to all the organisers, I really enjoyed it again.
NJee, LoL, Soz, been a wee bit busy! Well pleased with the day and turnout even though it was down on previous years! However that was put to side with the amount of people who said how great the course was, National level+! Which makes the effort getting the course ready worthwhile!

Hats off to Pants, that was a great course, all the better for wafting concrete hill gently in front of you but not actually making you taste it. Oddly there seemed more hills in the course the more laps i did, how do you manage that?
Did timelaps bugger up the start of the 2hr ss race, all the riders seem to be about 8 mins longer in their first lap than their second. Or is this another example of your discriminatory attitude towards agricultural machinery?

Too dusty
Too much singletrack (where were the grassy fields?)
Too hot in the sun
The atmosphere was far too friendly for a competitive event.
Apart from that it was all good.
