[Closed] Axle to crown - rigid forks for pinnacle lithium

I'm looking to replace the heavy steel forks on my lithium but am a little confused by axle to crown measurements.
The current fork has an a-c measurement of 420mm, and take a 700c wheel. All the 29er carbon forks I see have a-c measurements of 470mm or more.
This would raise the front end by 2" wouldn't it?
Could I fit a 26er fork if it had an a-c of 420mmish? Would it fit a 700c or 29er tyre?
Cheers

Yes, a 26" carbon fork is ideal - I've got a Tooseek one off eBay one of my bikes - plenty of clearance for a 2" tyre.

Thanks
What are the tooseek / Chinese carbon forks like? I don’t jump or anything too gnar, but do like Gravel/XC riding
Cheers
