[Closed] Awesome customer service from Silverfish, 2Pure and Alpine Bikes

In a change from the frequent poor customer service threads on this forum, I wanted to give a big 2 thumbs up to the above guys.

Today, I took my trusty Turner in for a disc brake swap and bleed at lunchtime. Just over an hour later and I got a call to say it was ready, For a super busy work shop, that is amazing service!

A couple of weeks ago I returned a Crank Brothers ISIS BB to 2Pure. The bearings were badly worn and the BB was creaking. despite being bought in Feb 10, they sent me a brand new replacement. Again, that is terrific service!

Finally, my old Cove Hummer had been returned under warranty when the aluminium headset insert had come away from the head tube and there was a crack in the frame. Cove and Litespeed failed to come to an agreement over who would cover the cost of the repair between them. After several attempts by Silverfish to get a resolution, Raul at Silverfish offered me a brand new Lynskey made frame as a direct replacement. This goes far beyond what the warranty offers and deserves a big shout for going well above and beyond what would be reasonable to expect. Litespeed would do well to learn from Silverfish about great customer service. I doubt I would ever buy a Litespeed product in the future but I would have no hesitation in recommending Silverfish when it comes to looking for bikes and bits.

So there you go, three examples of great service. If anyone else wants to share the love, feel free to do so.
