Looking at the BB7 claipers and have a couple of questions:
Is there any real difference between road and MTB?
Do these work with sora levers?

The road and MTB are designed for different cable pull ratios. Get the road ones for use with sora road levers.

As above. It's the actuation arm on the caliper that's a different length
