Visiting a friend down Luton way and wondered if it's worth a look while down there for part of a day.
More XC and Red Downhill is my thing.

Take in some of the Chilterns as well as the DH runs while your there. Depends when you go, can be shite in the wet. Chalky and rooty.
Yeah Aston hill is definitely worth a visit, £6 for the day or something but its got about 6 decent trails. In the wet the roots can be nasty but if you got the bike for it then go for it. The routes are fast and quite steep and the push back up is a killer but its definitely worth it. Wendover woods itself has some good riding spots but Aston hill is the place for more hardcore DH

better than anything you'll do anywhere near Luton so, yep. 🙂
