I went to Aston Hill for the first time yesterday. I had a great day - the setup there is excellent for what is a tiny piece of land.
However, first thing in the morning, with dew on the ground a mist in the air is not good for grip on chalk and boardwalk. I have 2 huuaaouge bruises on my arse/hips. You know the ones - where the bone itself seems to have hit the ground, liquifying all muscles and skin on the way through.

yeah aston hills pretty good, i must make a point of going back soon

Its madly greasy at the first sight of rain. Makes the runs quite interesting though.
Seen some hideous gashes in thighs from the chalk/flint lying on the surface there.
