On the market for a new set of stoppers, thought they seemed interesting in a KISS way...

Try this:

No real info other than an anecdotal 'they're quite good'

i'm very interested in these, apparently feel a lot like xtr, i think they have the same shape pads as xtr? plastic lever body puts me off a bit, but seem v. good value.

Was thinking the same, rolkin.
Had hoped that someone could vouch for them before I made any expensive decisions.

Is anything else comparable for the money? XC mainly ๐Ÿ™‚

After pi55ing around with various Avid Juicy calipers and non-retracting pistons plus 'tool-free' installation I'd be interested them.

And probably light too, if their rotors are anything to go by.

After reading that It looks like a definite case of "try before you buy", why not see if your LBS can lend you a "demo set"?

Steer well clear people.

We had these in as stock a few months ago.....about a week later they were re-called as under heavy braking the hoses popped out of the lever body ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

Not good!

Shame as the sealed pistons in the calliper body seem like just the ticket.

From that BR review, it sounds like they've concentrated too much on producing a light weight brake instead of sorting the performance and reliability.
