So what do I need to make this work? It's a formula Rx brake (break?) and a yeti asr5.

Is this a clever title from the OP? I was expecting threads about chamois cream.....
If it's 160mm, I may have a new unused shimano adaptor which I too bought for my asr5 yet didn't need. I can check and sell it too you if you like?
