Recovering very well thanks Justin. I've been working from home for the last couple of weeks but I'm back in Leeds /London again from next week. I've been "walking" for about 2 weeks which is nice 🙂

Astana must be pretty pissed off. Lance comes back for one season, doesn't even win and then destroys their team. I know they are a bit bankrupt and it might have happened anyway but Lance certainly didn't help.
