Nope. You'll need a rim strip.

Most dt rims will convert with tape and sealant. Be warned though that getting the tyres inflated first time without a compressor can be a pain. I'd advise 3 wraps of tape to build up the bed a little otherwise you'll be there all day trying to get the tyre up, even with a compressor.
