Hi all,
A friend of mine, who is what you might describe as a 'big unit' (i.e. 6ft8 250lbs), has got hold of a XXL 'Sasquatch' Turner 5 spot frame. He's trying to source some forks for it, ideally 140mm to 150mm, QR15 which need to be uncutto fit the massively long headset(ie new) and non tapered. He's struggling to find new ones that are untapered....can anyone help/advise??
Thanks in advance
Check the JE James website - they seem to have a variety of new forks that fit the above criteria - they are 2010-2012 models but are new if that makes sense.
Cheers

It's 1.5 that seems to have died out. Fox 2013 pricelist from Mojo still offers pretty much everything in either 1.125 or 1.5T. It might be that shops are not buying that many in for stock but should still be avaialble to order.
Mojo could only supply me 1 1/8 non taper forks if I was happy to have 9mm qr lowers
That was 120 mm 29er forks
May not be the case with 26
If the frame has 44mm head tube Somtimes called zero stack
Then it is possible to fit taper forks Useing a differant Lower cup
Merlin had non taper revelations last time I looked
X Fusion Velvet's come in 1 1/8 at 140mm
