How Much?
I guess it's just 3 bosses fitted in 'that' pattern on both legs.
I like the On-One (steel) forks and they do the job well (home brew 69er)

Only ever seen Anything cages fastened to non Salsa forks with jubilee clips and aftermarket bottle cage mounts (the ones for when you haven't got frame mounts) ... sorry that doesn't really help much.

any framebuilder who can do bottle mounts.
