I have superstar nanotechs or something like that. Look exactly the same as those except I bought mine last year. They've been great, solid performer with rather long pins

I'll probably get some once I wear out/break my 2 pairs of nanos.

They look very HT-ish but are a SS-only design apparently. I'd like to try 'em but I have an embarassment of pedals. Likely replacement when one of my AE01s inevitably dies of shame.

Came across this website whilst shopping for new CNC machines at work.

Superstar branded pedal at bottom right.

Northwind, I'm running the now defunct on one fatty/ ae01 and have been searching for cheap replacement. Steeleindustriesltd do the same pedal but they're out of stock, for £27 you can't go wrong.

@Akira- yep, got one of my pairs from there, they make a lot more sense at that price!

Yeah, that's their Dreadnought. Always seemed like a bit of a stunt tbh, it didn't seem to have anything to offer over the nanos other than the UK-madeness.

Used them (intensively) for a few months now, and the bearings are starting to go. Same thing has happened to another couple of friends I ride with. Never had any issues with Nanos, probably because they have a larger bearing?

I've contacted Superstar, but as yet have only received a pre formatted reply, and no useful info on how to overhaul them.

So, proceed with caution....

Got em, like em, no problems at all so far (look good and holding up under my crappy riding), still running nanos too. You can't really go wrong at SS prices.

Yup, with Ti axle option. I like them but the axle feels slightly 'proud' relative to the toe/heel ends which I have got used to now. No problem with bearings but only used them for six weeks. I look forward to the bearings playing up 😥

As above bearings have gone! Sent them back bearings have been replaced and they have play again which is supposedly acceptable due to the bushings! Also the outer seal wont sit up against the pedal (Ti Axle) 🙁

The pedals are good and grippy but mine are only a month old at the moment so there is no issues with the bearings yet. Will have to keep an eye out.
