Have only used the bricks and mortar store - a positive experience, I'm pleased to report.
Just this minute bought a pitch pro from them. Rang the shop though, not through tinterweb. Got two shops and internet store though, so cant be all that bad customer service.
Bought a Lupine Piko from them for £200 just before Christmas.
Ordered Monday 20th arrived Wednesday 22nd.
Price has gone up since then.
pretty sure Mr Fudge used to run one of the big importers, sold up, and then started up a new business so should have some pedigree and knowledge.
The Dahon forum guys speak highly of him.
Fudges own 4 shops in W/SW London.
They are the 2 brothers who started up the Action Bikes franchise years ago and now concentrate on their family stores.
