Looking at ordering a couple of bits of clothing from edinburgh bicycle cooperative, has anyone used them before?

Used them 2/3 times without any problem. Their shops are very good too, well at least the one in Newcastle is! 🙂
Yep, I've used them online and in person in their shop in Edinburgh. Always found them to be polite and knowledgeable, good service.
Not as slick online experience as the like of wiggle and crc but perfectly usable.
Like mrchrispy said, they are no CRC or Wiggle, but they are fine. Bought some bits from them online, and a bike in one of their branches.
Really good customer service at the end of the phone/email and at my local shop - can't recommend them highly enough
