Guy pulled out on me at a junction earlier in the week,left me with a bruised shoulder, Two broken wheels and damaged forks on my Dolan
Swapped details and called it in to the police the day after, then called his insurance to try and claim the cost of the parts back, 3 days later and his insurance can't get hold of him....
Was thinking of giving BC a call on Monday to see if they could help,I've not used them for anything like this before, I have the silver membership for racing so might as well try.
Get in touch with BC, they'll instruct Leigh Day to fight your corner.
They were brilliant when I got 'collected' a few years back.

Yep, claimed with BC and was represented by Leigh Day in 2004 and they were brilliant.
the motorist actually blamed me (witness statements and what not), Leigh Day negotiated split liability, which was good.
I had a good experience with them to. I had helmet cam footage which helped, but they sorted everything out.
