How's the weight?
How's the mount?
Does it wobble?

Yes i do.

1 - Ok. I mount it on top, not towards the front
2 - Ditched it and just threaded the rubber loop through one of the horizontal bits of the helmet. Nice and low profile and rock solid. Right angle too, but that might be luck!
3 - No

I couldn't work out the mount either 😕 !

I mounted my previous dinotte light directly to the helmet using the rubber loop, as per bar mounting, so did the same again. Less faff, quicker and solid. On the old light i made a small angled rubber shim to get the right angle, but no need with the V2 - right angle from the off.

I thought the mount was pretty idiot proof 8) - how wrong can you be.
I used my new one for the first time last Weds and concluded;
1.As Yak sez, put it on the top not the front and the weight isn't noticeable.
2.The mount is fine, I just had to cut off the excess velcro and I lopped it through the vents on the helmet, rather than around the entire helmet as the picture in the manual shows.
3.No - my helmet did a bit but after tightening the straps and doing point 1 it's fine.

I cut the straps off the headmount and fasten the plastic bit to the helmet. You can modify the helmet straps or use zip ties.
