have bought sundries from their Epsom shop before but I have no mail order experience. Like most LBS, I think it can depend who serves you, have had both good and bad experiences.

I just ordered a jacket from there. I'll let you know on a few days. Got good reviews when I googled it.

Yes, bought a Sram Force groupset from there via net. everything was 100% boxed and retail packaged, delivered quickly and for a very good price. Recommended.

Used them a couple of times. Very good service and they resolved a product problem quickly and without any issues. Certainly as good as CRC and Wiggle.

Its owned by the two guys who started the Action Bikes franchise. They have a shop on Epsom, Harrow Rd (Paddington) and Chiswick. Been going donkeys so should be safe enough.

Yep, bought a helmet from them over the net; no bother, good price and would use them again.
