Cracking ride around Rhayader today. Anyone else there today?
We saw lots of riders doing Clive Powell's challenge ride, but we just did our own thing. Couldn't believe how dry the trails were! Here are some of our pics:

I dought that Garreg will increase your average speed.

I love riding round there, good bike shop too.
I have done that descent in the past Singlespeedstu, but not in over a year. Mike and Muddypuddle left their 'bottle' at home unfortunately - Odd as Muddypuddle seems to think she's Steve Peat at the moment 😉

you can tell that mine is from a few summers back from the water level.

We may have passed you going the other way on the tops by the fort. Took my lady for her 1st real MTB ride. Elan Valley trail then up and over at Craig Goch and the fort. Then uphill to descend the superb double track down to Rhayader.
