Hallo!
Anyone riding maxxis wt tyres in sub 24-25 mm internal width rims, and share the experience?

--Is the profile ok or is it overly round?
--Does the tyre perform good in real riding conditions?

I have DHR2 2.4" WT on WTB i23 as a front tire. Profile is ok, more or less the same as the 2.4" Onza Ibex I have on the rear. Bike also rides well.

I've got a Shorty 2.5 wt on a 25mm internal width rim at the front. It seems okay, a bit round perhaps but I haven't noticed any problems.

And are you happy with it generally? Does it make a decent all-rounder for winter?

Considering same tyre for a 25mm rim as it happens.

It seems that the WT designs work well on everything from 20-40mm rims but the non-WT tyres are prone to getting too square on 35mm+ rims.

Maxxis WT Shorty on a Stans Arch Mk3 front wheel (26mm ID). No complaints at all with the profile. Raced and ridden hard and I love it.

No problem with burp and casing stability?

Chakaping, sorry didn't see your question- yes, generally happy with it. It's great over mud, less so over wet rock. Personally I think Magic Mary's are a little bit more versatile for my local riding, but shorty better for the riding I'm planning to do more of.
